Earlier, we had reports surfacing last month suggesting UberMedia (which owns Twidroyd) was in talks to acquire TweetDeck. Apparently, Twitter struck the deal with TweetDeck with hefty $40 million dollars.

This deal means not too much change for the users of TweetDeck for now as the company would be focusing on integration with Twitter.

If you are a user of TweetDeck, would you still use it after its acquisition by Twitter? Do let us know in comments section.
